The 'Send Offer or Request More Info' Option


Click the 'Send offer or request more info' button if you want to discuss the inquiry with the client before you begin to answer. For example, you may require more information or wish to discuss the fee. Once you have agreed on the service you will provide and your fee, ask the client to hire you BEFORE you send your reply. Only AFTER you have provided your service in full, select 'Reply and Invoice' to send the client an online invoice for the session.

Invoices are automatically confirmed seven (7) days from the last exchange of communication. After you submit your invoice, the client has seven (7) days to respond. If you or your client should decide to send a new message within this session, the client will have seven (7) days from the date of the most recent message to confirm the invoice.

Once the invoice is confirmed, the session fee, less our service charge, will be added to your 'Pending Earnings'.
