Retrieving New Inquiries or Messages


To retrieve inquiries or messages from your clients, please sign in to your LivePerson account and click the Mailbox section of your My LivePerson Menu. Here under "Requests from clients," you will find one or more rectangular boxes each containing the original client inquiry and any ensuing correspondence. Choose the session that you want to view and click the “continue” link.
