About Your Mailbox
|
Your Mailbox is divided into rectangular shaped boxes, each containing a client’s inquiry, your response and any ensuing correspondence. The status of the session is indicated at the top right hand corner of the rectangular box. "New" means that a client has sent you a message and you have not responded yet. "Sent" means that you have responded to the client’s last message.
When a LivePerson member sends you a new inquiry or a message, it is placed in your Mailbox. An email, notifying you of the new message, is sent to your personal email address.
