We all need understanding and empathy in our lives to thrive. Empathic support is one of the services that I provide. I am here to listen without judgment, and to offer honest support. ******
I am also available for coaching. Sexual concerns are related to so many areas of life - relationships, self-esteem, emotional well-being, and many others. Sexual concerns can also be associated with emotions such as guilt, depression, shame, and anger. I use processes that can be beneficial with those areas and with many life situations.
Experience & Qualifications
I have over 20 years of experience as a communication professional. My training includes over 160 hours of training in Compassionate Communication. I have experience coaching a variety of applications of CC, such as interpersonal skills for relationships, sexual health, stress and anger management, improved self-esteem, healing of emotional pain, parenting, spiritual growth, self-discovery, accomplishment of goals/needs, and business interactions. It is a passion of mine to share this process with others. I have been practicing aspects of mindfulness for several years and recently incorporated it into my services.
