Kristin is one of the most positive and honest people that I've dealt with so far on Live Person. She was able to see the situation from both perspectives and she helped me to see how I needed to learn how to take care of myself and be compassionate for the other person without sacrificing my beliefs and feelings. She was able to get me to a place where I felt safe and secure and fortunately her advice worked out and things have improved.
