I have a very strong information technology skills - maintaining a mid- to large-sized organization. A+, MCP XP certifications, MCSE preferred, able to provide full customer support for Windows XP and MS Office 2007 applications from the start. Able to determine workable solutions to complex problems in a timely manner. Able to plan and organize work effectively. Responsible for testing and analyzing various elements of the network facilities, including power, software, communications devices, lines, and nodes. Able to utilize hardware and software tools to identify and diagnose fairly complex problems affecting network performance. Strong background in monitoring and controlling network resources, including copiers, printers, fax machines, and desktop/laptop equipment.
