What is my background?

I am an NLP Master Practitioner and a student of Contemporary Psychotherapy with Beeleaf Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy in London, England.

I currently work in the UK for the NHS as a Specialist Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner. In this role I deliver short Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) interventions for people experiencing mild to moderate anxiety and depression.

I have low self-esteem myself and I have battled with it all my life. Not only have I found simple ways to make it through each day I have used my own personal experiences to shine the light on how to overcome it for many other people.

I have a proven track record in helping large groups of people overcome communication difficulties and I provide a practical and structured psychological intervention that will help you move towards a calmer and more assertive future from the very first session.
