What Happens When a Client Contacts You


After a potential client clicks the 'Contact Live' button on your profile, you will then receive a pop up message informing you that they would like to begin either a LiveChat session. Also, if your speakers are switched on, you will hear a ringing tone lasting 45 seconds. You can choose whether to accept or decline the call.

You must be in front of the computer to accept either a LiveChat session alert.

Accepting a LiveChat session will open the Expert Messenger, allowing immediate chat interaction with your client.

LiveChat sessions begin in free mode. Paid sessions begin only after the client hits the 'Hire' button. Once the client has hired you, you will hear the message "Paid session has begun."
