Changing Your Screen Name


To change your screen name, please follow these simple steps:

1. Sign in to your LivePerson account.

2. Click on the Account Details section of your My LivePerson Menu.

3. Edit your screen name and when you are finished, click on the "Save changes" button at the bottom of the screen.

Keep in mind that your screen name is a nickname or alias - a name you wish to be known by at LivePerson. Your screen name must be 3-26 characters long and may ONLY contain letters, digits, spaces( ), commas(,), dots(.), underscores(_), and hyphens(-).
