Want to be featured in one of LivePerson's newsletters? Write an article!
Every month LivePerson sends newsletters to hundreds of thousands of members. When your article is published in a newsletter we'll feature your picture, a short expert description and a contact button that links to your profile! Selected articles may also be published in LivePerson's promotional materials including the website, affiliate sites and press releases.
We are always looking for submissions for our current newsletters and future newsletters in additional categories. Examples of topics that work well in our newsletters are:

We're always looking for creative articles, so if you have additional ideas send in those articles too!
Submissions should relate to your field of expertise and must be original work. Your piece should be roughly 500 words, cite your sources of information, have a thesis statement or “lead” and supporting information, be clear and concise and stay on topic.
Additionally, did you know that a strong profile can actually give your article a better shot at publication? A good picture, appropriate screen name and a professional, up-to-date profile with no spelling errors can be the determining factor when choosing between two great articles by different authors. So after submitting your article, take a few minutes to review and update your profile!
All articles will be reviewed for publication and you will be contacted if your article is selected. Please submit all articles to articles@liveperson.com. Please be sure to include your expert screen name and expert ID along with your submission.
