Overview


Posting requests gives our clients an alternative to sending an email inquiry directly to one LivePerson expert. Instead, they can post their request or question in the appropriate category, and receive responses from more than one expert. Our clients can then decide who they wish to communicate further with.

Only experts who are listed in the category and subcategory in which the request is posted can respond to it. An expert’s initial response can be viewed by other experts who are listed in the same category and subcategory. However, any ensuing correspondence is private and can only be viewed by the client and the expert. To access Posted Requests, Sign in to your LivePerson account, and click on the 'Answer Posted Requests' link under the 'Mailbox' section of your My LivePerson Menu.
