He seemed pretty average. I felt that he placed great importance on putting people into categories, without being able to explain why those categories are helpful. Had difficulty addressing real-world concerns or showing empathy. I'm sure he's very good at using the DSM, but less certain that he understands his patients' experiences, the reasons for the DSM, or the purpose of psychological treatment. He certainly became very vague when I asked him. In short, he seems very knowledgeable but without much practical insight.	Feb 19 2015
