Sending an Email Inquiry

To send an email inquiry to one of our experts, please visit our homepage and click on the sub-category of your choice. You may want to browse through the listings, view some of the expert profiles and compare their ratings. Alternatively, use the “Search Experts” search box.
Click the “Send Email” button next to the expert of your choice. Please enter a subject, your inquiry, and the fee you are willing to pay for the service. Next, click the “Continue” button.
If you are already registered as a member at LivePerson, please sign in. Otherwise, we ask you to register - it’s free to be a member and there are no commitments. Please read and accept our legal agreement and click the “Finish” button.
You can expect to receive a reply from the expert within 24 hours. The expert’s reply can be found in your Mailbox. In addition, each time an expert sends you a message we will send you a reminder to the email address you submitted upon registration.
