I have over 30 years of experience as well as an advanced degree. I am very down to earth, easy going, and have a great sense of humor. I have extensive experience working with children, adults, adolescents, couples and families; and specialize in self esteem, stress,trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, chronic illness, LGBTQ, and PTSD.
My approach is to be supportive, encouraging, and non-judgmental. Wherever you are in your journey, I am here to be with you in that place and be sensitive to your needs and struggles. Together we will look at the obstacles you are facing, and work at breaking them down.
