I provide guidance up to AP/IB/doctoral research level in recombinant DNA technology, genetic engineering, biotechnology and cloning. My wet lab research experience in the above areas, combined with my knowledge in the closely related fields of molecular biology and genetics, empower me to effectively provide guidance in experimental design and advanced troubleshooting.
Experience & Qualifications
Being a half-time teaching PhD research scientist at the Dept. of Biotechnology, Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, for 3 years, I routinely use recombinant DNA technology, gene cloning, protein engineering, biotechnology, molecular biology and genetic engineering, as part of my everyday research. As my career demands the use of the latest know-how in the field, as well as a firm grasp of the basics, for designing my experiments in a simple and efficient manner, I constantly update myself with the latest topics in the field.
