I have over 30 years of experience. I am very down to earth, easy going, and have a great sense of humor. I am a Christian who relates well to everyone regardless of spiritual beliefs. I have extensive experience working with children, adults, adolescents, couples and families; and specialize in LGBTQ issues, self esteem and self worth, stress management, trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, chronic illness, PTSD, and more. I work with many people on rebuilding self esteem.
My approach is to be supportive, encouraging, and non judgmental. Wherever you are in your journey, I am here to be with you in that place and be sensitive to your needs and struggles. Together we will look at the obstacles you are facing, and work at breaking them down.

I have over 30 years of experience in working with people as well as advanced education. I have over three years of experience working with people online. I am skilled at helping people with a variety of concerns and issues. No matter what you are struggling with, I am here to support you and help you with tools to get through your obstacles and difficulties. I have worked with hundreds of people online and been effective in being both a support and a help in making positive changes.
