My 15 years in Human Resources and related areas has taught me the value of good employees. All organizations, after all, have access to the same information and the same prospective customers. The organization that differentiates itself through effectively recruiting, retaining, training and managing its people is the best equipped to succeed in today’s competitive business environment. Between my current and my most recent position, I have been able to manage government related savings of around 6 million EGP pertaining to income tax inspection and government social insurance. I managed a team of thirty employees; while cutting down outstanding legal issues to an almost zero percentile (0.3%). Furthermore, I’ve applied my excellent communication and customer-service skills to building relationships with customers, clients and team members, listening to their needs, providing workable solutions, and making independent decisions.
