Adjusting the Session Fee


If you wish to ask the expert to change the session fee, simply sign in to your LivePerson account and click on the Mailbox section of your My LivePerson menu. Find the session with the expert that you are interested in hiring. The message status will be "Waiting for Approval". Under "What’s Next?", click on the "Message to Expert" button and let the expert know how much you are willing to pay for the requested service.
