I hate writing a negative review but I feel a lot worse after the call. I know she was trying to help by being direct about my situation. What she said had basic logic to it but the delivery of the message lacked compassion and made me feel more guilt. I suppose not everyone needs the emotional empathy while facing one's own issues but I certainly do.	Sep 1 2015
