Although perhaps I didn't express myself too well, what I really wanted to know was "is Aspartame a harmful sweetener in an occaisional soft drink?" It seems to be in very common use. I am losing weight, but I do sometimes have a brief break from my diet. Richard Tidd	Jun 12 2013
