Client Deadlines

LivePerson clients can set deadlines for the delivery of their requested service. Deadlines are always open to negotiation, UNTIL the client hires you. Once you are hired, the deadline cannot be changed unless both you and the client agree on a new deadline. Late delivery of a requested service can result in either the partial or complete loss of your session fee. If you are not certain that you can meet a client’s deadline, please do not ask the client to hire you.
