Responding to Posted Requests

To view and respond to posted requests, please sign in to your LivePerson account. On the My LivePerson Menu, click on 'Answer Posted Requests'. Here you will find all the requests that were posted in your categories of expertise. Click the request title and read the client’s inquiry. To send the client an offer, click on “Send a Proposal".
You now have two options: "Provide a PAY TO VIEW answer" or "Send an offer or request more info". The option that you choose depends on the nature of the inquiry.
If you send the client a “PAY TO VIEW” answer, the answer itself can only be seen by the client after hiring you. However, the short ‘teaser’ message will be posted on the Public Board. If you select "Send an offer or request more info", your response will be posted, but any ensuing correspondence between you and the client will be private.
