I have 26 years of experience as a licensed psychotherapist as well 13 years as a life coach. In addition I have had an academic career as university-based sociologist.
College students often face enormous stress. They might worry about their academic performance, their post-graduate plans, and their social relationships at one time or another, or simultaneously.
I use cognitive and behavioral approaches to help people change their lives by focusing on the thoughts and actions that hinder achieving their goals.
