As a board certified industrial hygienist, I routinely provide impartial health and safety
evaluations involving chemical exposures, biological exposures, mold in buildings, indoor air quality and occupational safety. Toxic exposure investigations include analytical protocol, referral of material for analyses, environmental and occupational health risk assessments, and site assessment and causation determination. I have never been denied qualification or admission as a forensic expert in chemical and biological risk assessment in the determination of toxicological medical causation.
Through education and experience I have gained extensive expertise in forensic analyses of indoor air quality. With over 23-years of field and laboratory experience, I have lead forensic investigations of indoor air quality, building mechanical systems, building operations and maintenance for environmental quality, laboratory analyses, sampling protocol and chain-of-custody in civil matters, and have provided safety and health assessments to multiple clients including defense and plaintiff law firms and industry. Environmental impact and exposure assessment reports have provided an objective determination to within a reasonable degree of scientific certainty.
