My strength is in creating a customized wellness program matching your individual need. My mentoring will be based on holistic health principles. I would understand the profile & personality of the person, current situation, past conditioning, belief, and culture. Mentoring will be a gradual trust build up between me and the person, enabling the contemplation process, and awareness of thinking and living habits. This would facilitate behavioral modification. I would then help in enabling change by motivation and positive reinforcements using encouraging comments/ quotes. I will share yoga exercise and meditation videos and coach you in practising these physical & mental fitness activities.

Experience & Qualifications

• Teaching (2011 – current) at Holistic Health Center as a Yoga & Wellness Coach Planning and promoting various workshops viz. nutrition, hand-therapy, weight-loss etc. • Teaching (2009 – current) as a Yoga Coach at YMCA in Edison on a voluntary basis. • Taught (2010) at an active adult community as a consultant through New Fitness Concepts. • Initiated Vinpro Wellness to spread awareness about my services. • Published Chair Yoga DVD. • Published Hatha Yoga exercises on You Tube: 25 exercises – physical, breathing, meditation
