The Live Chat Session Alert

After a potential client clicks the 'Contact LIVE' button on your profile, you will then receive a pop-up message informing you that they would like to begain a Live Chat session. In addition, and if your speakers are switched on, you will hear a ringing tone lasting around 45 seconds. You can now choose whether to “Accept” or “Decline” the call. Accepting the call will open the "LivePerson Expert Messenger", enabling Live Chat interaction with the client.
