Conducting Live Chat Sessions

To have a Live Chat session with one of our experts, please go to our homepage and click on the sub-category of your choice. The experts who are available for Live Chat have a orange "Start Chat" button next to their listings. If an expert is available for phone sessions, they will have a blue telephone button next to their listings. You may want to browse through the listings of a few of the available experts, view their profiles and compare their ratings. Alternatively, use the "Search Experts" search box.
To enter a Live Chat session, click on the "Start Chat" button that is located next to the expert of your choice. If you are already registered as a member at LivePerson, please sign in. If you are not a member yet, please register: it’s simple and there's no obligation. We'll ask you to accept our legal agreement and submit your billing information. Your card will not be charged at this stage.
Click on the "Start Session" button to open up the LivePerson Communication Center. You will not have to download any software in order to chat live. Please wait a few seconds for the expert to respond.
All sessions conducted within a Spirituality and Religion category will be automatically hired the minute your expert starts typing in the chat window. Please keep in mind that clients will receive 3 free minutes for their first chat with each LivePerson expert in this category. All session in the Professional Counseling category will go into automatic hire after three minutes while all other categories begins in free mode. To quit, simply click the "Quit Session" button.
If the expert is unavailable, the following message appears: 'Sorry! This expert is not available at this time'. If you wish, you can send the expert an email inquiry by clicking the blue "start an E-mail Session" icon.
