Paying for Expert Services


Paying for services at LivePerson is simple. With email sessions, you will be prompted to submit your billing information after you decide to hire the expert. After the expert provides the requested service, an electronic invoice is issued. Once you confirm the invoice you will be charged for the service. If you do not respond to the invoice within seven (7) days, it will be confirmed automatically and you will be charged for the expert’s service.

With Live Chat sessions, you will be prompted to submit your billing information when you choose to start a Live chat session with a certain expert. Live Chat begins in free mode and you are only charged for the time between clicking “Hire Expert” and “Quit Session”. The total fee depends on the length of the session in "Hired" mode and the expert’s rate per minute. If you click on the "Hire Expert" button, you will be charged for the session as soon as it ends.
