Rating Disputes


Client ratings are an integral part of the PrestoExperts service and are based on the client's subjective opinion. We believe it is a fair system that gives all experts an equal opportunity to improve their position in the expert listings. We will not remove a legitimate rating given by a client. If however, you feel that you received a low rating as a result of a technical problem or for any other reason not directly related to your advice, please contact us and we will investigate the matter.
