Viewing Your Ratings


To view all the ratings given by your clients, for paid and unpaid sessions, sign in to your PrestoExperts account, and click "Sessions History" from the PrestoExperts account wheel. In this screen, use the various filtering options to find the sessions you wish to view.

If a recent session and rating are missing from your history list, click on the Mailbox section of your PrestoExperts Menu, and find the "Client Has Paid" message. Now simply check the “close session” checkbox. The session transcript and rating will be transferred to your history section.
